Hello, my name is Kristina! I’m a ProDoula Certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doula based in Plano, Texas. I love guiding new parents as they transition into parenthood with as much knowledge as it takes for them to feel confident and empowered. I believe every family deserves a personalized experience, based on their unique needs and preferences. 

When I’m not helping families, I love to spend time with my husband and our one year old. Around DFW, you may find us in a local coffee shop, a new splash pad (our little one loves the water), curled up with The Office reruns, or - when it’s not so hot - searching for a new trail to explore.
