Hello, I'm Angel! I am a BEST-Certified Postpartum Doula based in Denton, Texas. With ten years of marriage and three births, including one as a surrogate, I understand the transformative journey of parenthood. 

Despite feeling empowered after my own births, I encountered unexpected challenges in the form of postpartum anxiety and depression. 

Becoming a postpartum doula has been an incredibly healing experience for me and has equipped me with invaluable tools to assist and empathize with future moms and dads. I firmly believe that every birthing parent deserves unwavering support, to be acknowledged and listened to during this precious and vulnerable time. 

My role as a postpartum doula allows me to extend the warmth and comfort of my own home: filling it with the delicious aromas of a simmering roast, gentle serenades, reassuring hugs, and uplifting affirmations. 

In my free time, I find joy in gardening and painting. I can’t wait to help you find your joy in this precious season.
